The Dindle (Part 13)

I apologize for sort of switching the style of the dindle paintings a bit, but the other way took me far too long and I need to get other art done in the mornings too. Anyway, over the next couple of days it's going to be all-dindle-all-the-time to conclude the dindle story! And then I'll be able to start new stories on the blog... next up is a fairy tale :)

Switching is good once in a while.
It keeps you on your toes.
even if you're not as happy with your "switched" stuff, you keep learning and you look at thing sin a different way. It's always a plus.

this is a great piece by the way.
I like the interaction between the characters.
what is he saying ?..hmmmmm

They look terrified. They're going to give each other heart attacks. Hope there are some dindles left on the island. This has a really good look. I like the clouds building up in the background.

I like the new look. If the other painting style is more "oils", I think this one is more "watercolor". I think it fits the Dindle story a little better since it has a slightly softer, more pastel feeling and lets just enough of the sketchiness come through.

Good :) I'm glad you guys like the switched look. Quicker I can finish up the story! Hurrah! The other way worked out once or twice in a way that I liked, but usually I felt like I was posting art I wasn't that happy with.
